Hi Chris,
I'm glad your happy with my old girl, I have done my best to keep her well looked after.

I noticed she was not on the prime spot outside the office at Metro Motors on Saturday but down the side and thought someone was maybe taking more interest.
I shall keep an eye on the forum to see any posts you make and what you think of her over time.

Any more questions just post and I'll answer to the best of my memory.

Once again I'm glad she has gone to a good home :D :D :D

Hi again, and sorry for the time taken to reply. Been a busy start to the year. All in well with the R36. Real cruiser. Gave it, its first full detail by myself on the weekend & it doesnt show its age. Immaculate. I also attempted to use the FlashByte dongle but wasnt sure how to use it, the thing just beeped at me ha. All in all im enjoying everybit. Ill keep you posted :D

You turn on ignition, to position 2 so dash lights come up but do not start, plug it in it will beep to say powered up, leave 30 seconds then it will continuously beep . take key out then unplug dongle, start car and run for 10 mins without touching the throttle , then either turn off or drive
The Devil is in the Detail

hi,
What are you trying to do?
The maps are already loaded on the engine and gearbox before I sold it.
The dongle was for the remap if you had to default to standard.

Contact the company on the receipt to see what you need to do.
As Alan has said the install procedure is basic but not needed in this case.

Cheers for the advice fellas. I plugged it in to see if it brought any alternate menus on the MFD. I remember REVO done something similar for the Golf GTi i had previous for to the R36.
